PROM COURT

“ALL STUDENTS WILL VOTE next Friday, April 3^rd at the end of the announcements. We are kicking it old school and voting by Scantron.  Candidates, start meeting your underclassman and campaign for their vote.  ALL students, make sure you get to know your candidates!”

TICKETS

• SHS students- Purchase anytime with Ms. Camp (6-105) with cash or CC starting Tues April 1^st until Fri April 10^th
• Ticket price: $75

*** SHS FT VOL students wishing to attend PROM must purchase tickets (cash/CC only) through the main office between the hours of 8:30-3:30 from Tues April 1^st - Fri April 10th

GUEST FORM

Shoe & Purse Check:

• ALL bags must be searched and dropped off in the lobby
• No purses, bags, backpacks allowed in the ballroom
• Shoe drop off is optional
• You will be given a number to reference your belongings. You may retrieve items from check-in at any time during the dance
• All students/belongings/cars subject to search

PARKING

• There is a FREE beach parking lot to the south of Hard Rock. First come first serve. (Register your vehicle with parkvolusia.org)
• Do not park in any other hotel lots (You will be towed)
• There is valet parking available through Hard Rock for $16/car.
• CARPOOLING is highly recommended to avoid lines or full parking lots.

Doors Close: 10:00pm (No late admittance)

Court Crowning: 10:30pm

Junior and Seniors may invite a guest to prom.  

• Guest Forms must be completed and returned for approval.
• Non-SHS Guests (Other schools/alumni)- 19 years and younger by 4/11 allowed with an approved guest form
• Underclass Guests (10th grade)- All SHS 10th grade guests must also complete a guest approval form
• 9th GRADE students are not permitted to attend PROM

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY SO YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR PROM TICKETS WITH ISSUES

• ALL STUDENTS!!! If you are bringing a guest, you will need to pick up and return your approved guest form from Student Resources before you can purchase both tickets together (Please read info to above about guest permission forms)

Hotel

Room rentals are highly discouraged. Age requirements per hotel policies. Hotel holds the right to refuse/kick out
