Good Morning!

SCA would like to welcome our students, faculty, and guests on campus today and remind you to “Be Aware, Be Kind, and Be the face of Good.”



Student IDs – Remember to have your ID accessible to be shown when asked. You must have an ID to show when you enter campus.  Those students without IDs will be asked to report to the activities office to acquire an ID.  IDs are for campus safety and ALL students will be  required to have a 2022-23 ID when you are on campus.  Replacement IDs are $10


School Way Café will serve meals (breakfast and lunch) to all students at no charge. Free, free, free

Students!!!  On Wednesday, October 12th, all students will be participating in College Board Assessments:

9th grade-PSAT 8/9, 10th grade-PSAT/NMSQT, 11th grade-PSAT/NMSQT, 12th grade-SAT



Students we are proceeding with all homecoming events as planned!

Seniors and Juniors stop by room 6–105 to purchase a homecoming dance ticket for $20 using cash, check, or card.

Tickets will open up to be purchased for all students beginning Monday the 10th


Don’t forget Monday through Friday of next week are all of our special dress up days for homecoming spirit week.

Thursday, October 13th is our homecoming carnival beginning after school at 3:30 on the football practice field and then ending with our evening pep rally in the gym beginning at 6 PM.

Friday’s football game halftime show will crown our senior homecoming royalty and bring home a win against Pine Ridge.

Saturday is our homecoming dance .  This is dance is only for SEABREEZE students, non-SHS students will be allowed for juniors and seniors to invite at our prom event in the spring.

  • Due to Hurricane Ian damage and out of an abundance of planning needs, Seabreeze will not be able to have our Homecoming dance at the News Journal Center venue this year.
  • Dance has been relocated to the SHS Gym from 8 pm- 11 pm, Sat 10/15

Applying for financial aid? Come to the Senior Financial Aide Night on Tuesday, October 11 at 5:30 in room 7-104.  A financial aid representative from one of the local universities will be here to answer questions and help parents begin the FAFSA application.  Bring your laptop and questions. All students wishing to try-out for Soccer will need to attend a mandatory meeting this Friday in Coach Freidus’ room. Girls will meet at the beginning of lunch and boys will meet the 2nd half of lunch (12:30). Important information about Clearance


Attention all girl weightlifters Weightlifting season begins on Monday, October 10th.  Meet in the weightroom, ready to roll at 3:45.  All girls must be cleared to participate.  See Coach Craggy for details. 



There will be an NHS meeting today in the Large  Conference Room.  Lunch will be served.  Please remember to bring a canned good.


The Multicultural Club will be meeting on Monday, October 10 at lunch in room 8-001


the Seabreeze Humane Society club will meet at lunch in the large conference room on Friday, October 14, 2022.  Snacks will be provided to the first 30 students. Everyone is welcome.


The Seabreeze Compassionate Crab Club is hosting Sock-toberfest. During the month of October we are collecting never worn socks to donate to local shelters, so everyone will have warm feet this winter. Donation boxes are available at the main office and student resources.


The Seabreeze Clothes closet has quite a few dresses for homecoming. Anyone needing homecoming dance attire please see a campus advisor or you guidance counselor.


You are all invited along with your family to the 2022 Seabreeze FFA Chapter KICK-OFF Dinner and Live Cake Auction. This event is for all members of the school and the community to come out to support the FFA Chapter here at Seabreeze High School. The night will be filled with a FREE MEAL catered by the FFA Chapter, presentations from the Seabreeze FFA Officer Team, Guest Speakers from the Florida FFA State Officer Team, and finally a very exciting live cake auction where we will auction off 10 homemade cakes from many grandma’s kitchens.  The officers are excited to kick off their year of service and even more excited to showcase the Seabreeze FFA Chapter to you all. We are asking for everyone that wish to attend to please RSVP to with the number of guests that will be attending with you by October 8th.


Tomoka Elementary PTA Fall Festival  is being held on November 10th  from 5:30-8pm. They are in need of students volunteer their time for the event.

There are many different ways to be of service - supervising yard games monitoring bounce houses, day of clean up/set up, etc.
