SENIOR CAP, GOWN, TASSEL “keeper” PACKAGE $65

The DEADLINE to order a Cap/Gown package is quickly approaching! Orders must be received to Herff Jones, Inc, on or before ... to avoid paying a late fee.

Herff Jones representatives will return to campus one final time,  to take graduation materials orders, including Cap & Gown packages ($), on .... in the Guidance Office (bldg. 2).   A minimum deposit may be required – cash, check, money order and credit/debit cards accepted.  There is an deadline for ordering these materials so don’t delay!  Cap/Gown orders received after ..., will increase to $.

Senior Assemblies

ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT!!

Assembly #1- Wedneday, Oct. 16, 2019 in the Gym @ 7:45. We begin with the Senior Panoramic picture. You must be on time. The picture will NOT be re-taken. The remaining part of the assembly will be Graduation info, Voting on the design for your FREE Senior Tshirts, Senior Superlatives, Grad Bash, etc. DON'T MISS IT.

Class of 2019 GIRLS- purchase your specialiy designed Senior Tshirt for $20 through the Online Web Store (link coming soon). The deadline is Sunday, Midnight, Sept 22nd. Monday will be too late.

Seniors (only) will share a night of music, fun, and excitement with all their friends at TWO amazing theme parks.  Universal Orlando’s Grad Bash offers:

  • Coach transportation to and from the event
  • Admission to BOTH Universal Studios & Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks, featuring thrilling rides and attractions
  • Live concerts  - TBA will be performing all nights of Grad Bash 2020!
  • Live DJ’s & Street entertainment
  • Dress Code is ENFORCED by Universal, not SHS. You will not be allowed in the park.

Food, beverages, and souvenirs – are not included in the cost to attend – bring extra spending money!  Permission forms are required.  Pick up the forms, and pay the $ with Ms. Morgan in the activities office.   Payments can also be completed Online (OSP) school’s WEBSTORE.  The deadline to turn in your payment and forms is  @ 3pm

Arrive by 5:15 pm and report to the cafeteria and check in.  Program begins promptly at 6:00 PM

Family and friends are welcome to attend.

Seniors come dressed for rehearsal as they would for a regular school day.
Rehearsal is Mandatory!. If for any reason you cannot attend, you must inform Assistant Principal, Krissy Butrico in advance.

Girls---Dresses/Skirts that do not fall below your gown ? Cell phones not visible /in garment – (pocket). ? Shoes – no flip flops ? Nothing added to your cap and gown ? Purses – please do not bring with you


Parking Passes are per vehicle. Graduation tickets are $ per person (excludes graduates). Tickets will be available to purchase beginning on May   from the main office at Seabreeze High School. There is no limit on the number of tickets.  Tickets sold between classes, lunch, break, and after school.

A bag policy for guests attending the graduation ceremonies at the Ocean Center and Edmunds Center:
  • Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse:
    • One clear bag no larger than 12"x6"x12" or a one-gallon clear Ziploc, or similar, bag
    • One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5"x6.5", with or without a strap.
  • Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag; however, diaper bags are not permitted.
  • Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely (preferably over the shoulder to be screened more quickly) or in an approved clear bag.
  • Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.

The Daytona Beach Police Department is requesting that those attending and participating in the graduation ceremonies at the Ocean Center use the Main Street Bridge to avoid additional delays.
