REGISTRATION

Registration for the SEABREEZE SPRINT -OR- STROLL is currently open. Participants of all ages are encouraged to register. What better way to spend time with the whole family then a stroll in December for a good cause. All participants over the age of 10 must register as an individual and include a parent's signature on the waiver form.

You can submit a pre-registration entry online (this will help us to get a estimate of participants). Once you have submitted contact information about yourself, you will be directed to an official entry form online.

Please fill out one for each participant; PRINT each one.

A printed copy of each participant's form and payment must be sent to the following address:

REGISTRATION DONATION

Registration is $10, payable in check or money order to Seabreeze High School, with MEMO SHS Sprint or Stroll. This fee includes a goody bag with an event tshirt and any other treats donated by event kickoff!
*Sorry, there will be no refunds or exchanges for the event.

Online registration will end at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday night, December 3, 2009. If you wish to register after that time, please email jcampane@volusia.k12.fl.us. If possible, we will take late registrations (cash or check) the morning of the event. We cannot guarantee that every participant will get a goody bag after registration has closed.

The funds raised from this awesome event will be donated in the name of Isaac Phillips to the Ronald McDonald House in Gainesville, where Isaac's parents have stayed during his visits to Shands Hospital.

CONFIRMATION

All participants will receive a confirmation email upon registration. In addition, updates about the event will be posted on the website's homepage continuously and emailed by Friday, December 4, 2009 at 9 pm.
