Senior Ad Information

Don't forget those ads for the Senior Class of 2011!

Ads go on sale in August. The deadline for senior ads is October 21, 2011. All pictures and information must be turned in by this date. Ads prices will increase $50.00 after the due date.

Ad Photos

The yearbook staff would prefer all photos to be either digital/scanned photos submitted on a CD. Save each picture according to the number in the sequence you wish the pictures to appear for the selected layout or printed photos can be submitted with the position number & selected layout written on the back with a soft crayon.

Once again, DO NOT SUBMIT ANY IRREPLACEABLE PHOTOS and DO NOT write on the back with a pen or marker.

Please DO NOT cut photos!!! Leave them in their original form. If you wish to crop out something, attach a sticky note to the front of the photo or crop as desired and submit on CD.

When choosing a picture, make sure the proportions of each
picture match the proportions of the space in the layout chosen.
(Horizontal pictures go in horizontal boxes and vertical pictures go in vertical boxes.)

NO COLLAGES ACCEPTED.

Ad Message

Type the message that will appear in the message space of your chosen layout. Please indicate the font desired, the yearbook staff will try to use it in your ad, if available. The yearbook staff recommends that you use one of the fonts provided.

Remember: The more pictures, the less space for a message and the smaller the text size!

MESSAGES MUST BE TYPE TO INSURE CORRECTNESS OF AD TEXT.

No pictures containing tobacco products,
alcoholic beverages, or any questionable items or acts will be accepted.

The yearbook staff reserves the right to edit or eliminate material deemed unfit for publication. Also, to refund ad money if all information is not turned in by the deadline date and if material is deemed inappropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

ADS WILL NOT BE WORKED ON BY THE YEARBOOK STAFF UNTIL ALL PICTURES, PAYMENT AND A SIGNED CONTRACT IS SUBMITTED OR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IS GIVEN.
