Search for "scholarly" sources on the Internet!

But....how will I know if this site is a good source of "scholarly" information???

Look very carefully at the web sites you find.  Are they worth using? Who wrote the information?  What is a valid, "scholarly" source?  How can we evaluate internet sources? These sites will help:

  1. www.refdesk.com - At this Internet reference desk  you may use many tools to find information... including a dictionary.   Go to www.refdesk.com and use the "Fast Search Desk" to search Webster's Dictionary for the word "scholarly."
