
Web Design 1:
Prerequisite: Computers for College and Careers (CCC)
This course is designed to provide advanced concepts in HTML, design and multimedia applications. Additional training and publishing of Webs for Businesses and local people will also be implemented. Upon completion of this course a student will meet the requirements as an "associate web designer". A $5 fee is required for special projects and supplies. Participation in Business Professionals of America is strongly recommended for all students.
Web Design 2:

This course provides advanced concepts in HTML, design, and other internet tools. Performance tasks include: Being able to perform layout, design and measurement. Demonstrate proficiency with HTML commands; Use HTML editors and converters; new HTML tags; and advanced functions of WYSIWYG, and demonstrate proficiency using interactive website components. Be able to discuss and demonstrate with the components of multimedia applicable of the WWW. Identify animation technologies. Demonstrate the components of online conferencing and enhanced HTML. Create embedded and demonstrate multimedia components using various tools. Edit and test enhancements for accuracy and validity. Currently Web 3 uses Dream Weaver, Flash, Fireworks, and more.
