Dear Scholarship Sponsor,

The 2007 Senior Awards Night is a special event.  If you would like to establish or have already established a scholarship and will be giving an award donation this year, please complete the information requested below.  During the program, the scholarship donations are announced and many students receive their award from their sponsoring organizations.  All contributions must be submitted and confirmed by the last week in April, 2007 in order to be recognized that evening and in the Senior Awards Program.
