Welcome to the 2011 Seabreeze Weightlifting team web site! Practices are from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM every school day except Fridays. In order to join you must fill out the sign up form. Everyone makes the team and even if you're strong or the weakest kid out there, you're always welcome on the team and no one will judge you.

In order to participate in the competitions you must have no lower than a 2.0 GPA out of the 4.0 scale and you can not fail any core classes.
