The Seabreeze swim team is hardworking and has much determination to do well. Dedication is what the team asks for from all of its teammates.

Swimming helps with the prevention of heart disease and can act as a stress reducer. Swimming is a wonderful sport because it provides exercise to all aspects of your body; your heart, your legs, and your arms.

To prepare for next year's swim season, you must start swimming NOW!
 

Practice all of the techniques that you learned during the season. If you are new to Seabreeze's swim team, then contact the coach and request a list of techniques you should work on over the summer. The best way to get practice in the off-season is to sign up for Daytona Beach Speed, at the YMCA; Coach Carrie is a coach there.

All students wanting to participate must have a physical and liability consent form completed in order to swim by August 13. Pick up your forms in Coach Lee's room (2-125), the front office, or Mr. Chandler's office ASAP!
