Basketball Requirements

If you are a student at Seabreeze High or if you are planning to attend Seabreeze and want to join the basketball team you must meet the following requirements:

	2.0 GPA or Higher
	Pass all Required Classes
	Complete a Physical using the school's physical Form
	Permission form from Parent
